I try to make it to OTF 3-4 times a week.
I like to do 2 days in a row, 1 day off, and then 2 in a row again.
I seem to get the most out of my workouts that way but as others have said, everyone is different.
You have to mess around with your class schedule a bit and see what really works for you..
